Evergreen Surgical Center operates as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and is jointly owned by Evergreen Healthcare and physicians owners. The Center is also accredited by Medicare and The Joint Commission.

We are located on the 5th floor of the Evergreen Surgery and Physician Center (Tan Zone), adjacent to Evergreen Hospital Medical Center. Access to the Center is direct via the 5th floor plaza entrance of the parking garage (across from Hospice). Parking is complimentary.
