Location, Map & Directions
DirectionsNorthbound From I-405 north, take the NE 124th St/Totem Lake Boulevard exit (#20-B). Stay in the right lane and take the Totem Lake Boulevard sub-exit. Go straight through the light at the end of the exit. This street will take you between the upper and lower levels of Totem Lake Mall. Proceed to the top of the hill to the light at NE 128th Street. Turn right and continue on the road as it curves north and becomes 124th Avenue NE. When you come to the stop sign, turn left into the Parking Garage (entrance is located across from Evergreen Hospice) and turn immediate right up a small ramp to the front of Evergreen Surgical Center. Southbound From I-405 south, take the NE 124th St. exit (#20). Turn right at the end of the exit onto NE 124th. HOV Exit If you have two people in your vehicle, you may use the carpool (HOV) exit to NE 128th Street. From the HOV lane (far left lane), take the NE 128th Street Exit. If you are going northbound, you will take a right at the top of the off ramp onto NE 128th Street (southbound traffic will take a left at the top of the off ramp). Proceed across Totem Lake Blvd. and 120th Ave. NE, past the main entrance to the hospital and continue on the road as it curves north and becomes 124th Avenue NE. When you come to the stop sign, turn left into the Parking Garage (entrance is located across from Evergreen Hospice) and turn immediate right up a small ramp to the front of Evergreen Surgical Center.
